The Buffy Diaries 5-18-2017

12:27 AM 5/17/2017  A Buffynicity forgotten:

Buffynicity #1 – I accidentally wore a regular polo shirt to work out, having forgotten to change into a t-shirt.  It was one of my newer ones, a Christmas present.  During the episode someone was joking about American Gigolo and a guy’s shirt being shiny.  That in itself is a solid Buffynicity but I also think I was thinking about that movie last week.

10:02 PM 5/18/2017  Last night I fell asleep after my one-on-one so I didn’t run and there was no blog entry.  Now I’m going to try to reconstruct what was happening.

The day went pretty smoothly as I predicted.  I can’t remember much about the Moon sextiling Venus except I was getting some things done and feeling like I might get caught up with work for the first time in a few weeks, looking forward to today downtown.

Then the Moon trined Jupiter while I was on the way home.  But I was getting pretty tired.  During my one-on-one session I just talked with my partner about how confused I was.  I let him try to heal me for a change.  It was pretty valuable, I think.  He actually appreciated a lot of what I was saying and we talked until 7:30.  I allowed myself to do full voice channeling of Kara, and it was very solid although it was also very gloomy.  Then I was so damn tired that I just fell asleep.

I slept through the Moon trining Mars, although one might imagine I was feeling it during my one-on-one session, I mean Kara is from the sphere of Mars after all.  I woke up early in the morning, around 2:30.  I lay in bed for quite a while relishing the day ahead.  However about 6 am I checked twitter and found that Chris Cornell had died.

Buffynicity #2 – this is one of the most convoluted Buffynicities ever, and also one of the most solid.  Last week I was noting the Buffynicitous nature of Mrs. Summers’ brain tumor, as an elderly friend of mine has been in the hospital and then physical therapy after a fall.  I also found out this weekend that my father has also been in a hospital and then sent home.  Then this morning I found out that Chris Cornell had died, after it was just last week that I began listening to his song, “Hunger Strike” very often, coming up with a new scene in my heptalogy which uses it as a soundtrack.  This by itself was definitely a sign which I brooded over all day.  Then I got home and watched Buffy only to find that Buffy’s mother had died.  Considering that just last Sunday was Mother’s day, I must say that this day is exceptionally loaded, especially since I had another synchronicity.

Synchronicity:  A couple of days ago I messaged someone and made a joke which they thought seemed passive-aggressive.  I thought about that all day and then I got a message from an old enemy, someone who really tried to fuck up my life when we were in high school, while pretending to be my friend.  You might call him aggressive-passive, which is funny because I was just looking online for the Abnormal Psychology textbook I had back in those days, from which I first learned that term.  Anyway, I didn’t reply to him and it made me wonder whether that other person will ever talk to me again, given that I too contacted her after a very long absence and reminded her of unpleasant old times.

So today was an insanely complex weave of very emotional synchronicities. I was feeling good about all I got done today as the Sun sextiled Chiron around 3, but then as the transit passed and the Moon approached sextiles with both Uranus and Saturn, I began to get all kinds of calls and messages about work I had still to do, which left me once again in a rush as a Saturn transit approached, although I feel the Uranus transit made itself felt in the lucky way I got a chance to catch up with these issues before anyone called me on it.  Also the message from my old frenemy and Anti-Christ who was also very Uranian – him being the sex slave of my social studies teacher Mr. Beard, but that’s another story.

I am working to catch up at work and also balance the very dramatic experiences of inner planes I am having.

I made it home and then went to run, watched the Mom-death episode of Buffy, and then went to Brian’s salon, where I was while the Moon squared the Sun for the 3rd quarter and now here I am writing during the VOC with 20 minutes to go before the Moon enters Pisces and the worst part of my lunar season comes to an end – thank God.  Capricorn is really the shittiest and Aquarius is almost as bad.

Saturn is trining Uranus later tonight and I feel today has been a very good example of the interaction of thos planets. A lot of unpleasant things happened with work and relationships, but I seem to have been elevated to a new level of awareness and my angels are certainly with me.

Mars inconjunct Pluto in the morning should be fun.  I love Pluto aspects, they give my angel something to talk to me about. I know I’ll get something out of it.  Venus opposing Jupiter just afterwards – wow, is there going to be a war or something?  Is Trump going to get us all killed?  I will have some catching up to do at work but I just don’t want to admit it can be difficult.  Maybe I can work with the opposition and just put my nose to the grindstone.

But then tonight’s circle should be awesome as the rest of the day will tend toward Moon inconjuncting Jupiter and conjuncting Neptune towards the end of the final circle of the intensive.  So the inconjuncts in the moring with the Neptune conjunct in the evening add up to wild dreams of emotional freedom – especially as we are preparing for the Sun to enter Gemini on Saturday.

With the Moon in Pisces I’m going to be lazy, I know, but I also think I’m getting more attuned to the elemental quality of it.

I’m wondering if I should see Guardians of the Galaxy on Saturday morning while the Moon is sextiling Pluto?  Or maybe a late show as it’s conjuncting Chiron?  Or maybe Sunday which has no transits during waking hours.
