10:18 PM 6/18/2018 Tonight I am screaming in nothingness. Neptune is retrograde and everything is difficult. I had a relatively unpleasant dream about imprisonment this morning, and then there were some synchronicities around it when I woke up, which was interesting. Then I forgot my badge so when I got to work I had to drive back home and get it. Three hours in the car. That wasn’t so bad but then after work, I had driven most of the way home when I got a call that I had forgotten to return a key to security so I had to go back (more with the imprisonment issue) and so I missed Rio Bravo at the Music Box because I had to drive around for twenty minutes or more looking for a parking spot. So I completely blew that whole evening driving for another three hours in the oppressive heat until thankfully it started to rain (unfortunately just as I was getting to the theater). But I did have an umbrella. And now I’ve missed my only chance to see my favorite western on the big screen. But I am learning to let go, I suppose, as Neptune is retrograde on a day when I “coincidentally” had to drive back and forth across Chicago, retracing my steps four times.
Then I got home and fortunately my motivation is good to work out, although I’m still not getting there early enough to ride the bikes as much as I want. I watched a bit more of Sense8.
Also we were supposed to get a big delivery this morning but the drivers didn’t speak English so they didn’t tell us they had it, they just sat in the parking lot for five hours until I went out and asked them. Another tedious, time-wasting fuckup.
And now I’m at home, thankful that it rained after a sweltering weekend, exhausted and too lazy to get my astrological calendar out of my bag.
10:30 PM 6/18/2018 But I just managed to make myself do it and since my regular MTG game is on hold tomorrow I can take care of various errands, including shopping and my life will be right again.
So Virgo Moon was training Taurus Uranus when I woke up this morning from an unusually powerful dream and was immediately greeted by an e-mail with the symbol from my dream in it. Transit validated at 6:19 AM.
Virgo Moon inconjuncted Aries Chiron at 7:33 as I had just arrived at work to find that I’d forgotten my badge. I turned around to head home, impending to focus on the creative energies of thought during the two hour drive ahead, so the transit was definitely validated as this was an excursion into self-awareness. It actually felt pretty good by the time I was done so I would call it a healing experience.
Virgo Moon trined Capricorn Saturn at 2:39 PM. I had gotten a bunch of work out of the way, but there had still been a lot of tedious delays. It was a strange, heavy day so the transit was somewhat validated. I was actually looking forward to seeing Rio Bravo at the same time I was wondering whether it was worth the effort.
But then around 5 PM I got called back to work and I wound up spending three more hours in the car, during which time it started raining right around the time Neptune went retrograde at 6:26 PM and I was reliving old wounds while sailing and gnashing my teeth over missing Rio Bravo, as it is totally impossible to park around the Music Box on weeknights – it’s all permit parking around there now. When I finally to the theater it was 7:40 and they wouldn’t let me in, so I came home and worked out and now here I am.
I see now that Virgo Moon inconjuncted Aquarius Mars at 6:39 and I felt it in that sense of the totally oppressive anger of the evil goons who have surrounded me my entire life, from Mr. Winter to that creepy pig Steve D. to my ugly little twerp brother and beyond. But the transit was validated in a positive sense as I did get a better understanding and this whole wretched day is very appropriate to begin a Neptune retrograde as obviously these are some of the issues I have to review.
Meanwhile tomorrow the Moon opposes Neptune and Mercury trines Jupiter, so awesome things can happen. I do feel like I got a lot of insight today and now I’ll go ahead and process it. I look forward to doing some good illustration work tomorrow night.
