One vague Buffynicity tonight and one crystal clear one.
Buffynicity #1: Jenny Calendar and Rupert Giles were talking about their second date tonight.
Jenny: It’s okay. Although a good rule of thumb for a first date is
don’t do anything so exciting that it’ll be hard to top on the second
date.
Giles: Believe it or not, since I’ve moved here to live on top of the
Hellmouth, the events of this evening actually qualify as a slow night.
(pauses and considers) Did you just say ‘second date’?
On Monday night I was talking to a girl I’m going to a concert with, we have plans to go somewhere else after and she said we were going on “two dates” that night.
Buffynicit #2: Very specific indeed, this afternoon at work I was talking to a project manager who was looking for a delivery. Our computer system said the “required date” was November 17. Then tonight Chris’s mother was talking about her other son:
Mrs. Epps: Westbury game. November 17, ’95. Daryl rushed 185 yards that
night. Four TD’s. He was MVP, and he made All-City that season.
That is so specific it’s funny. It’s nice to have a super-clear one once in a while. I still feel guilty that I’ve tapered off in recording them, but 3D is taking up all my free time.
Another amazing specificity was the Uranus aspects – Uranus opposing both Sun and Moon right before the New Moon. Yesterday I wrote that I was “expecting the unexpected” today, and I certainly got it.
As it turned out this morning I had a dream about a co-worker. He was saying something really interesting to me that I’m not going to write about, but that made me feel extremely magical. Then when I got downtown he was there. He’s not supposed to be there, you see, he works at my regular site, but today he and one of the managers were there and we worked together all day. So not only was this the unexpected event that validated the Uranus transit, it was also related to a precognitive dream.
Otherwise, I was getting to work around the time the Moon sextiled Saturn, discovering I was going to have unexpected company all day. Another odd thing I discovered, possibly related to Saturn, was that my phone and tablet hadn’t charged overnight. I hadn’t plugged them in right, I guess. So once again I was pressed for time, in the sense that if I needed either I wouldn’t have long to use them, and also having the worry that somehow my chargers were broken. Ultimately I did in fact run my tablet all the way down today.
But I was feeling good as the Moon inconjunct with Chiron approached, catching up on a lot of work, and feeling very psychic because of the validation of the Uranus transit.
The Moon went void of course in the afternoon and I was feeling very out of sorts. One project didn’t go as well as expected and took up a lot of my time so I didn’t get everything done I needed.
Then I came home and looked at sales on 3D objects. I found some amazing stuff. I “cast” a lot of the major roles in my heptalogy. In other words I found 3D “actors” or “figures” to use in my illustrations, although I can’t afford to buy them all this week, at least I know what everybody looks like now.
I also swept the floor, very VOC. Then the Moon entered Scorpio and I had some cool surprises regarding my next 3D illustration. Then I went to run and had that cool specific Synchronicity.
Not much going on tomorrow. The Moon trines Neptune. I might go see Blade Runner 2049 again, or not. I’m looking forward to some deep spirit contact though. I finally feel like I’m getting the answers I want.
