The Buffy Diaries 6-20-2018 (part one?)

7:25 PM 6/20/2018  Apparently Emilia Clarke is done filming Game of Thrones.  I think this must be a portent.  Today I became obsessed with the idea of buying a new phone.  I’m also very excited to be getting back to where I was with workouts five months ago.  I was running an hour a day but I had to quit because I had plantar fasciitis, which I still have, but after months of not working out and gaining weight I had the idea of using the bikes and voila, I’m back in business.  So the quality of my days is shifting back to where it was, and I’m very happy.  I am definitely a  workout addict.  As a matter of fact, I think I’ll go back there very soon, like maybe right now, but I’m going to try to work through aspects possibly, but I don’t know my mind’s all awhirl.

I’ve already forgottent the aspects from yesterday.  Leo Venus was inconjuncting Capricorn Saturn at 5:54 AM.  What was I doing on my way to work?  I think I was feeling pretty good actually.  My morning routine is getting happier.  But it’s gone and perhaps I should start skipping inconjuncts anyway, to streamline my blog.

Virgo Moon opposing Pisces Neptune at 7:49 AM was about what I expected, very magical but at the same time unhappy.  I felt outside my own dream.  Monday had been very depressing, with 6 hours in the car and missing Rio Bravo, and I’m feeling like this Neptune retrograde is going to be about reexamining all the depression and unhappiness I’ve experienced in this lifetime.  I am getting over it, but at the same time this world still sucks from any angle you choose to view it from and there is no future anymore.  So that transit was validated.

But then when Cancer Mercury trined Scorpio Jupiter at 2:43, and Virgo Moon trined Capricorn Pluto at 2:52 things were working out.  The transits were validated as huge sales were announced on Renderosity and Daz3D and I picked up an enormous amount of stuff that made me very happy and made me feel totally rich and talented.  That was computerized Mercury and expensive, artistic Jupiter.  Then I went and took care of my car’s emission inspection and got my registration renewed two weeks in advance – at the same place I went last year so it even felt Cancerian-homelike (cold, but familiar) and very much involved with the brutal, collective energies of Pluto.  I feel like I finally got ahead of the game, which has been dragging me down for the last week, and the decks were cleared for today.

Another echo of the Mercury transit being that I suddenly today got obsessed with getting a new telephone, so I went to the mall to shop for one.

Today Virgo Moon was squaring Gemini Sun at 5:51 and went VOC.  I was getting good stuff on the way to work, but also feeling very fake as I hate my job and I don’t give a shit about anything.  I think it’s a culmination of Gemini Sun and I’m looking forward to the transit to Cancer tomorrow.

The Moon entered Libra at 7:29 as I was on an international conference call, getting down to work, looking ahead to a pretty clear day.  Transit validated.

Soon afterward one of my bosses announced that an even bigger boss was paying a surprise visit and he was coming to meet with us at 10:30, five minutes after Libra Moon inconjuncted Taurus Uranus – transit totally validated, and coincidentally right after I wondered if I should keep recording inconjuncts.  I guess I should because this one worked out perfectly.

LIbra Moon opposing Aries Chiron was totally validated by the power of the experience, and yet it was a very dark experience.  I was thinking all about how pointless life is and how diseased and stupid everyone I know is and how the drama of life is just tedious and unimportant.  I wasn’t unhappy because I was feeling very powerful magic, but at the same time the world just looks blacker and more empty all the time and I couldn’t care less what happens.  I think perhaps the opposition was healing my ability to be true to my own feelings of contempt and disgust for society, and to be confident that I can hit back at this crappy world for its totally offensive stupidity.

The day went well but I felt compelled to use up some of my free evening going to Woodfield Mall to get a new phone, which didn’t work out because they didn’t have it in stock.  So Libra Moon squaring Capricorn Saturn at 6:48 PM was validated by that detour and the fact that when I got home ATT’s phone line was tied up with “unexpectedly high call volume” so I have to wait on my phone.  And then I felt rushed to catch up with my blog and I have forgotten a lot about the last two days.

But on the other hand I’m doing the work and I can feel things changing, magically.

I’m looking forward to Libra Moon sextiling Leo Venus tonight at 10:32, and Cancer Mercury training Pisces Neptune at 10:58.  I think I’ll try to make some kind of ritual out of it, with 3d. I’m going to hurry up and go work out now so I can focus on that later.
