I have a recurring problem when I do 3d, I can’t make up my mind which direction to take.  There are so many possibilities that I just sit paralyzed while they crush me with astral creation.  I’m looking for “one shot”, the perfect angle on 3D that will let the creative energies flow.  It’s nerve-wracking.  It can get physically uncomfortable to have so much imaginal energy pent up inside myself and not understand the occult implications of this.

So I’m sitting around tonight, listening to “Halloween Parade” by Lou Reed and playing with “The Temple of Shadows” and a few other assets on Poser, and I felt afraid to work with this.  It’s so amazing, with all the levels and the sense of space.  It’s like it taps into something too powerful for me to work with right now.  I should be trying out a smaller room or something.

But I decided to go ahead and post it, just to get over the block, just to see what would happen if the potentials I sensed were actually contacted.

The scene itself is nothing, just some “random” objects placed in the middle.  I just want to get over this horrible astral paralysis.

I got this background, “DM’s Playhouse Chimera”, and I was messing around with it.  The picture I came up with is too vague to be really good, and I haven’t done anything with the lighting, but I’m very bored with my minimal output level so I thought what the hell, I’ll just stick it out there to get the feeling of posting more often.  Notice it’s only here on my blog and not in my Renderosity gallery.

The Buffy Diaries 9-12-2017

After a lull a few days ago, tonight was a pretty spectacular Buffynicity.

Buffynicity #1:  Tonight I retweeted this article:

https://www.cbsnews.com/news/kenneka-jenkins-chicago-family-demands-answers-teen-dead-freezer/

About a woman who was found dead in the freezer of a hotel.  The first coincidence was that this is the hotel where Flashback Weekend, the big horror convention is held – kind of spooky.  But then once I went to run I realized that tonight’s episode, which I started yesterday, is all about a haunted hotel.

In fact, I didn’t realize until I wrote this that I “flashed back”, since I was about 20 minutes into the episode yesterday but tonight I’d forgotten all about it so I rewound to the beginning.

Also add that today I was looking at hotel settings on renderosity.

So that was a big deal.  I’ll definitely get one of those hotel settings I was looking at.

As for transits, there was some good stuff going on.  I decided to take a little off work and take my car to the body shop this morning.  I finally did make it there right before the Moon squared Neptune.  I was feeling pretty good about making headway with all my projects, and also dwelling deeply on 3D, and how the magic is really working out for me.

And I was indeed poring over Poser tonight as the moon inconjuncted Pluto and Venus trined Saturn.  I’m working on deep stuff now, depicting the beings that I see, or at least referring to them.  There was some resonance of that in the episode, as well.

Buffynicity #2: The depiction of the Demon at the climax of the episode looked a lot like a “skydome” graphic I’ve been looking at the last couple of days.

So rendering is merging with my daydreams and I am getting a lot of work done.  Lots about the underworld and the relation of collective energies.

I’m expecting good things tomorrow with the Moon squaring Chiron and entering Cancer, marking the upswing through my peak Lunar season.  And I’m still looking forward to an amazing weekend.  Also I will definitely have my first render to post in the next few days.
