Hooray for Mercury going back to Capricorn, I think I was doing pretty well with that, even with the retrograde.  I’m looking forward to getting a lot of stories written now that I’m working regularly.  The spirit world is getting clearer than ever.  Moon in Cancer making all kinds of aspects is actually sending me into deep dreams of past lives – I’ll have to think about that the next time Cancer comes around.  All these aspects, especially to Mars and Venus in Pisces, were just as rewarding as I’d predicted.  I really got a lot of great work done, developing my emotional balance and resolving issues about what I’m supposed to be doing with my intuitive work.  I think this is also the beginning of the Venus conjunct with Neptune that takes place tomorrow afternoon, along with the full Cancer moon in the morning.  I’m going to have to read up on the “envelope” of aspects like this – how long before and after the actual event the influence is felt. 

Additionally, since Kara is emerging, associated with Saturn in Sagittarius and illuminating the 9th house for me, I’m also beginning to see the importance of having Neptune in Scorpio, also in the 9th.  So Neptune is related to Kara’s work, and once again the affinity for water signs.  Venus in Cancer and Neptune in Scorpio in my natal chart, Pisces rising – this represents some kind of astrological algebra I have yet to work out.  I’m still eager to go through all twelve signs with Mars and Venus so I can get a full sense of the cycle, but I’ve learned that I love water signs and Air signs are either tedious or malevolent. Fire, on the other hand is something I need to work with.  

Sagittarius always makes me feel totally warm and fuzzy and unfocused.  Perhaps that’s because of the proximity of Neptune in Scorpio.  Perhaps there’s some way I can redirect Sagittarius’s arrows toward Neptune.  I feel this is a deep alchemical change I can make if I work on it.  Anyway all the Venus and Neptune energy of these aspects is happening at the same time that I’m finally writing fiction with regularity and so now I’m going to experiment with this association.  For now I have come to think of writing as a Scorpio activity for me.

Lots of Moon squares tomorrow, and even an inconjunct (quincunx) with Saturn to go with the solar opposition.  So my comfy attitude today may see some upset going along with this Venus-Neptune conjunct in Pisces.  My guess is I will feel very strange and “out of this world” but it will also be a wild and fascinating ride – especially as it’s a full moon. So I’m excited.  I intend to make it a fun day, like riding the rapids.
