I’m blogging for the second night in a row, unusual.  Even though I thought about working on Poser all day, as soon as I got home I started reading comic books.

Buffynicity #1:  I was reading comic books in reverse order, just picking them up off my backlog pile, and I realized that this is actually a cool way to do it, reassembling the story in my mind backwards.  I plan to do more of it.  Then in tonight’s first episode I realize that Ethan has a figure of Janus, the two-faced, and Janus’s first face goes forward and the other goes back in time.  That’s why January is his namesake. 

So that was an interesting shift.

Buffynicity #2:  Again referring to the fact that I did nothing but read comics tonight, this conversation from the second episode:

Buffy:  So. What’d you do last night?

Angel:  Nothin’.

Buffy:  Nothing at all. You ceased to exist?

Angel:  No, I mean I stayed in, read.

So that’s pretty awesome.

No aspects during the day.  I caught up on a lot of work and felt very happy with my contact with Kara.  This evening the Moon was sextiling Neptune while I was unexpectedly totally absorbed in my comic book collection, feeling very happy to have discovered the technique of reading issues backwards in time. 

I’m still looking forward to my Halloween vacation and doing readings this weekend.  I’ll also be seeing the Bodines again.
