My head hurts.
2/16/2021 5:37 AM Wow, I got a lot of things done today. I did over twenty minutes of video and recorded two poems to make movies of.

Interestingly, I just did a video of “Ash Wednesday” and found that it mentioned “Goldenrod” which is the name of the imaginal mansion I used to occupy with my imaginary girlfriend Steffany.
I’m very happy with my Ash Wednesday project and now I’m on a flight into the interior solidity of it. This poem has carried me through my life. It’s a farm you can buy in the sky.
2/16/2021 6:35 AM I’m really burning with creativity now. This movie is going to change everything for me. I’m a little afraid but I hope that’s just the thrill of power. My daydreams about World War Two will be “brought down” through this.
This is a big revelation because I know I can make a really good video of this, and this will help me understand some things about performance, some shamanic energies surrounding the idea – and also to let go of memories of performances I’ve done.

Buffynicity #1: “The One After the Superbowl part 2” is about moving on after you see someone you used to know. It’s kind of interesting that this is the one episode of Friends I saw back in the 90s, and now I’ve completed the circle and I guess it’s time to move on.
Buffynicity #2: Which is really ridiculous. The last episode of T7S which I saw was “The First Date” in which Red and Kitty freeze into a Roy Lichtenstein painting saying that Midge wasn’t wearing a bra and Bob wasn’t wearing underwear. Then I went straight into “The One After the Superbowl part 2” which was about Chandler wearing Julia Roberts underwear – and nothing else. Also, I think the pop-art Lichtenstein reference has some resonance with the movie-star references in Friends.
So, what an amazing week so far! Here are two dead-solid-perfect Buffynicities to wrap this up, and tomorrow is Ash Wednesday, and then The Saint Valentine’s Day Massacre.
I also want to remember that today I had another amazing session with Sheryl, which was all about love and how it’s time for me to accept that my guides love me, and allow myself to feel it. This morning I recorded my first version of “Ash Wednesday” and I could feel the love in that poem, watching myself perform it I could feel my emotions awakening. And then Sheryl confirmed it. So here we go.
Buffynicity #3: I’m not sure how specific this one is, but in both of these episodes, two friends (Eric & Hyde, Rachel & Monica) were fighting over dates with someone they both liked. And there was some great physical comedy, with Donna getting drunk and Rachel and Monica having a huge girlfight.
