The Buffy Diaries 7-9-2018

10:45 PM 7/9/2018  I had a really great Buffynicity tonight:

Buffynicity #1:  This afternoon I started thinking about Harlan Ellison.  I reread “I Have No Mouth and I Must Scream”, and I pinned a few pictures of him and his books to my Pinterest boards.  I was looking him up on the web and I read this famous quote of his:

“If you put your hand in my pocket, you’ll drag back six inches of bloody stump.“

Then tonight in episode 10 of Sense8, Capheus got rescued from a riot by an old frenemy, who told him he was a Slumdog, and that a Slumdog will bite your hand off "at the wrist”.  I wish the script was online so I could confirm it.

Buffynicity #2:  Today this story about Johnny Depp was on the web:

http://www.foxnews.com/entertainment/2018/07/09/johnny-depp-sued-for-allegedly-attacking-crew-member-on-movie-set.html

and then he was at the party scene in episode 10, where they also played “Ooh La La” by Goldfrapp which I remember talking about one time when I as at a party at Ravenswood Kinowerks.

So that’s a minor supplemental Buffynicity.

I’m tired now and I want to go to bed, but I’m also very excited about playing MTG tomorrow at Grognard and I wanted to work on some of my awesome 3D, but I’m not going to get a chance.  At least I did a really good workout tonight.

I have so much cool stuff to do that I don’t have time anymore, but I would like to get back to blogging every day at least.

Taurus Moon squared Leo Venus this morning at 11:09, and I certainly felt it.  I was totally uncomfortable with everything in life even though I could feel the rush of desire, happiness at having so much stuff going on but totally frustrated at not having any sense of direction with it.  I was totally at odds with my feelings.  And then the Moon entered Gemini at 11:58 and now I know everything is going to be bullshit for the next two days.  Like tonight, for instance, when I have some amazing 3D work to do, and no time.

Gemini Moon was sextiling Aries Chiron at 4:01 PM when I got off work and went over to Grognard to retrieve the deck I left there on Friday.  It was a very healing sense of restoration as I had been a little worried when I found I left it behind – it has Lyra Dawnbringer in it, a very expensive and powerful card I didn’t want to lose.  People were glad to see me there so the transit was validated in the security of a new social routine.

Gemini Moon inconjuncted Taurus Saturn at 8:14 PM.  I was definitely out of time, with so much fun stuff to do but total frustration at an evening when nothing got finished.

Venus entered Virgo at 9:32 PM, while I was having my spectacular Harlan Ellison Buffynicity.  The Virgo influence is always very magical in my life and I know these few weeks coming up are going to be a big deal.

Jupiter is going direct tomorrow.  I’m pissed off because I absolutely loved the Jupiter retrograde last year, when I was totally into Buffy, and I wanted this one to be the same, but now it’s already over and I was really scattered and unfocused through the whole thing.

On the other hand, the Neptune retrograde announced itself very clearly when I missed seeing Rio Bravo at the Music Box, and the Mars retrograde has brought an amazing opportunity to do some ritual magic with Kara.  Now Chiron is retrograde since yesterday and I feel like I’m going on a deep swing through the spirit world, really nailing some stuff down.

I wish I had time to go over all the amazing stuff I experienced yesterday, but I have to sleep.  I really need to work on keeping up with my blog and not worrying about covering every past day.

The Buffy Diaries 7-1-2018

9:29 AM 7/1/2018  I’m having really good magic, on my way to King Spa in a bit but I had to clean my bedroom and now I’m catching up on my blog in a slightly different way, not so much concerned with capturing anything as I am with acting out the role of myself in the world.

Friday the 29th was really mellow, with the Moon VOC all day.  Things went pretty smoothly at work.  I was at Grognard games and they said they needed GM’s on Monday night, so I may get involved in a game.  I was working out when the Moon entered Aquarius at 8:37, feeling good at having reestablished my routine and gotten my weight under control again.  Also with the new A-List at AMC I’m shifting gears, getting more involved with video imagery, so I’m looking forward to watching everything on Netflix.

Also, I made it through a Capricorn Moon without car trouble, which is nice.

Saturday the 30th, Leo Mercury squared Taurus Uranus at 8:01 AM.  I found myself rushing around to get ready for the days workshop with John, but feeling very powerful, like I had everything under control and I think the transit was validated with the influx of spiritual information that came.  So the square was exciting.  I definitely felt the Leonine influence of getting my very own transmission.

Leo Mercury training Aires Chiron at 3:10 PM was fully validated as I did a lot of amazing readings and got quite a bit out of the whole thing.

Aquarius Moon inconjunct Cancer Sun at 6:08, and Aquarius Mars inconjunct Cancer sun at 6:29 was validated as I felt pretty inconjuncted, taking a nap instead of working out before the ritual I was going to that night.

Aquarius Moon conjuncting Aquarius Mars, however lent the day a feeling of raw magical power which was very distinctive, as my vision of other worlds expanded from mere visual impressions to a more 3-dimensional layer of semi-palpable light.

Now, this morning I’m having some major shifts from the extremely successful ritual of last evening, Leo Venus inconjunct Capricorn Pluto at 6:59 was validated as I was lying awake, feeling that the magic I was experiencing was so powerful that I was being lifted out of the collective experience of my life in this world into an entirely new perspective.

And now I’m off for a day at King Spa, trying to assimilate the new energies while working against the anxiety that I feel is coming from the Aquairus Moon opposition with Leo Venus at 5:56, and then after that VOC until it enters Pisces.

Tomorrow should be weird with VOC all morning and then the big splash into lazy, directionless Pisces.  The fourth of July feels like it’s going to be a big deal.  Chiron joins Mars and Neptune in retrograde.

I have a lot to sort out but I feel confident I’ll get some direction.  I can feel the power of Mars in it.

The Buffy Diaries 6-28-2018

7:54 PM 6/27/2018  I’m drifting, and I need to know where I need to be.  The astral landscape has changed dramatically in the last few months. I can feel how different it all is, and I know my 3D work has been instrumental in this change, but I still get lost in it.  I still don’t have the compass I need.

10:16 PM 6/28/2018 I’m adapting to a new form of blog.  I blogged every astrological transit for two years, I think, and then I hit a big gap.  It was right after I gave up the techniques of the “I AM” activity and began to use that time for other things.  Ironically, after having stopped working out for months I also started back again, this time riding bikes instead of running.  And with working out I’m watching more video, and I’m back involved with stories.  Especially since I “subscribed” to the AMC Theaters A-List and saw two movies this week.  I’m planning on using that time in theaters to work on trance states and focus on emotional transitions.

10:31 PM 6/28/2018 Cancer Sun opposed Capricorn Saturn yesterday at 6:28 AM and I felt it in a sense of being overwhelmed by life, not caring about anything, and yet having a sense of security in my own darkness, impervious to anything this world could bring against me.  Looking back, that transit was totally validated in the sense of escaping from this plane altogether; even though it was a dark escape it was comforting.  Also, thinking about this membership in AMC Theatres has me going deeper into the dream world.  The Moon entered Capricorn at 10:52, I forget what happened but I was making the shift to … suddenly I’m just totally pissed off and I don’t want to go over this in detail anymore.  Except I was certainly enjoying my free time last night, working on 3D while Capricorn Moon conjuncted Capricorn Saturn, feeling relatively secure in my home with my new memberships – The Field Museum and AMC A-List – promising a series of mental adventures over the coming year.

I’m skipping the rest of yesterday’s transits and moving on to today.  I was downtown again, but no Pluto transit.

Capricorn Moon sextiled Scorpio Jupiter at 2:13 PM.  I was feeling great, caught up with work and happy about a relatively peaceful day and an interesting weekend coming up.  Something is peeling me away from my blog again.  (However the transit was validated in the sense of optimism and security in my secret little ritualistic life.)

I went to see Deadpool 2 and even though I’d been wondering whether I’d enjoy it I wound up having fun and feeling like my membership is worth it.  I’m looking forward to a lot of stuff that’s coming up, since I can see it for free anyway.  I got home around the time Capricorn Moon sextiled Pisces Neptune at 8:06 PM, so optimistic about being immersed in the collective dream that I even joined Hulu to see what was on it.  (TV means “transit validated”).

Capricorn Moon just inconjuncted Leo Venus at 10:24 PM.  I would say TV since I’m back to expressing myself, my feelings in a Leonine way, but I feel strange about it in the cold, Capricornian Lunar landscape of nothing but greed and emptiness in this crummy world.  I’m getting used to my own futurelessness and darkness even as my telepathic powers increase.

Mercury enters Leo at 12:16 AM.  I can feel it in the sense of control I’m getting over my own 3D projects and my familiarity with film through increased exposure.  A lot of my mental processes which have been occupied with my various stories are coming to the level of self-expression.  It’s going to be an interesting arc.  I’m very excited to get to work on 3d even now and I feel very happy with my new AMC membership, like I belong somewhere.  I’m expecting a ton of information from this process.

Also coming up this weekend will be another workshop with John which I expect to be very dramatic.

At 3:58 AM the Capricorn Moon conjuncts Capricorn Pluto, which I guess validates my working downtown/Pluto serial-synchronicity after all.  I’m happy with it.  *TV*  Since I’m very pleased with my fully-paid memberships in these societal structures, museums, and I feel I’m gaining the perspective on the collective necessary to advance my career as a reader or messiah or whatever I am.  I’m very happy, I just wish I could communicate my happiness.  But I feel enveloped in a comoforting darkness.

Tomorrow the Moon is VOC all day until it enters Aquarius at 8:37 PM.  I expect to be taking care of business but it occurs to me now I shouldn’t be focusing so much on daily transits as planning to take advantage of big movements – like arranging my life so I can enjoy the Lunar transit to Cancer on the 11th.

I think that month-long break a few weeks ago, from which I haven’t completely recovered, was the tipping point to moving to a true public presence.  I’m having the urge to do some research on social media and get myself out in the world.

Chiron is going retrograde and the Moon is entering Aries on the 4th of July.  That should be interesting.

The Buffy Diaries 6-26-2018

11:41 PM 6/20/2018  That was very interesting, and it actually worked.  After I worked out I sat around thinking of what I should do with illustration and I didn’t have an idea until 10:28 PM, and when I checked it was four minutes before Libra Moon sextiled Leo Uranus.  And I fooled around with it for half an hour and I got the basic figures right just a couple of minutes before Cancer Mercury trined Pisces Neptune at 10:58 PM.  I got quite a bit done and the picture I made gave me a lot of insight.  I still have some things to do with it but it’s very powerful and my attempt to do some 3D magic worked.

11:53 PM 6/20/2018 Buffynicity #1:  This afternoon I was looking on the web at a list of the dumbest things celebrities have ever said.  Someone was talking about how they’d been “noticing gravity” since they were very young.  Then on Sense8 tonight there was a discussion of the force of gravity and how it works without people seeing it.

11:31 PM 6/26/2018  So I let a week go by without tracking transits but now I’m shifting gears and not worrying so much about minute-to-minute astrology, but instead just telling a story.  I hope this will be more regular if I take away the pressure of completism.

Buffynicity #1: On Friday I went to see the Avengers and Tony Stark called for “Suit 17A” for Peter Parker, and then later in the movie they mentioned the number 17 again.  Then the next day I went to the Art Institute and asked a guide where the Jackson Pollack was, and she said something like, “Just go around the corner and you’ll see the 17A and the other pictures.”  So that was a massive synchronicity.

Buffynicity #2:  On Sunday I was at the Field Museum and I bought a small black Ankh, but then I left it there.  I thought it was some kind of lesson in the the negative powers of Saturn but then yesterday the museum called and said they had it in the lost and found. I was worried I’d never get a chance to get down there and get it but coincidentally something came up at work and I wound up working downtown that day, half an hour from the museum.  And “coincidentally” this is $5 ticket day at AMC Theatres, so I thought I might as well stop at Block 37 and see the Avengers again, and by synchronicity they are starting a new level of membership today, “the A-List”, which sounds like a cool deal – $20 per month to see up to 3 movies a week.  This seems like an interesting new direction of astral involvement for me.

So that was a multi-layered synchronicity across several days.

Buffynicity #3:  On Sunday the last thing I was looking at at the Field Museum was a huge bear totem, and when I got home for John’s circle I drew the “High Bear Nation” card and then when I went to take a nap I wound up sleeping through the first session, but then I came downstairs and did great readings for people.

I’m going to work on posting regularly instead of covering every transit so here’s this for now.

The Buffy Diaries 6-20-2018 (part one?)

7:25 PM 6/20/2018  Apparently Emilia Clarke is done filming Game of Thrones.  I think this must be a portent.  Today I became obsessed with the idea of buying a new phone.  I’m also very excited to be getting back to where I was with workouts five months ago.  I was running an hour a day but I had to quit because I had plantar fasciitis, which I still have, but after months of not working out and gaining weight I had the idea of using the bikes and voila, I’m back in business.  So the quality of my days is shifting back to where it was, and I’m very happy.  I am definitely a  workout addict.  As a matter of fact, I think I’ll go back there very soon, like maybe right now, but I’m going to try to work through aspects possibly, but I don’t know my mind’s all awhirl.

I’ve already forgottent the aspects from yesterday.  Leo Venus was inconjuncting Capricorn Saturn at 5:54 AM.  What was I doing on my way to work?  I think I was feeling pretty good actually.  My morning routine is getting happier.  But it’s gone and perhaps I should start skipping inconjuncts anyway, to streamline my blog.

Virgo Moon opposing Pisces Neptune at 7:49 AM was about what I expected, very magical but at the same time unhappy.  I felt outside my own dream.  Monday had been very depressing, with 6 hours in the car and missing Rio Bravo, and I’m feeling like this Neptune retrograde is going to be about reexamining all the depression and unhappiness I’ve experienced in this lifetime.  I am getting over it, but at the same time this world still sucks from any angle you choose to view it from and there is no future anymore.  So that transit was validated.

But then when Cancer Mercury trined Scorpio Jupiter at 2:43, and Virgo Moon trined Capricorn Pluto at 2:52 things were working out.  The transits were validated as huge sales were announced on Renderosity and Daz3D and I picked up an enormous amount of stuff that made me very happy and made me feel totally rich and talented.  That was computerized Mercury and expensive, artistic Jupiter.  Then I went and took care of my car’s emission inspection and got my registration renewed two weeks in advance – at the same place I went last year so it even felt Cancerian-homelike (cold, but familiar) and very much involved with the brutal, collective energies of Pluto.  I feel like I finally got ahead of the game, which has been dragging me down for the last week, and the decks were cleared for today.

Another echo of the Mercury transit being that I suddenly today got obsessed with getting a new telephone, so I went to the mall to shop for one.

Today Virgo Moon was squaring Gemini Sun at 5:51 and went VOC.  I was getting good stuff on the way to work, but also feeling very fake as I hate my job and I don’t give a shit about anything.  I think it’s a culmination of Gemini Sun and I’m looking forward to the transit to Cancer tomorrow.

The Moon entered Libra at 7:29 as I was on an international conference call, getting down to work, looking ahead to a pretty clear day.  Transit validated.

Soon afterward one of my bosses announced that an even bigger boss was paying a surprise visit and he was coming to meet with us at 10:30, five minutes after Libra Moon inconjuncted Taurus Uranus – transit totally validated, and coincidentally right after I wondered if I should keep recording inconjuncts.  I guess I should because this one worked out perfectly.

LIbra Moon opposing Aries Chiron was totally validated by the power of the experience, and yet it was a very dark experience.  I was thinking all about how pointless life is and how diseased and stupid everyone I know is and how the drama of life is just tedious and unimportant.  I wasn’t unhappy because I was feeling very powerful magic, but at the same time the world just looks blacker and more empty all the time and I couldn’t care less what happens.  I think perhaps the opposition was healing my ability to be true to my own feelings of contempt and disgust for society, and to be confident that I can hit back at this crappy world for its totally offensive stupidity.

The day went well but I felt compelled to use up some of my free evening going to Woodfield Mall to get a new phone, which didn’t work out because they didn’t have it in stock.  So Libra Moon squaring Capricorn Saturn at 6:48 PM was validated by that detour and the fact that when I got home ATT’s phone line was tied up with “unexpectedly high call volume” so I have to wait on my phone.  And then I felt rushed to catch up with my blog and I have forgotten a lot about the last two days.

But on the other hand I’m doing the work and I can feel things changing, magically.

I’m looking forward to Libra Moon sextiling Leo Venus tonight at 10:32, and Cancer Mercury training Pisces Neptune at 10:58.  I think I’ll try to make some kind of ritual out of it, with 3d. I’m going to hurry up and go work out now so I can focus on that later.

The Buffy Diaries 6-18-2018

10:18 PM 6/18/2018  Tonight I am screaming in nothingness.  Neptune is retrograde and everything is difficult.  I had a relatively unpleasant dream about imprisonment this morning, and then there were some synchronicities around it when I woke up, which was interesting.  Then I forgot my badge so when I got to work I had to drive back home and get it.  Three hours in the car.  That wasn’t so bad but then after work, I had driven most of the way home when I got a call that I had forgotten to return a key to security so I had to go back (more with the imprisonment issue) and so I missed Rio Bravo at the Music Box because I had to drive around for twenty minutes or more looking for a parking spot.  So I completely blew that whole evening driving for another three hours in the oppressive heat until thankfully it started to rain (unfortunately just as I was getting to the theater).  But I did have an umbrella.  And now I’ve missed my only chance to see my favorite western on the big screen. But I am learning to let go, I suppose, as Neptune is retrograde on a day when I “coincidentally” had to drive back and forth across Chicago, retracing my steps four times.

Then I got home and fortunately my motivation is good to work out, although I’m still not getting there early enough to ride the bikes as much as I want.  I watched a bit more of Sense8.

Also we were supposed to get a big delivery this morning but the drivers didn’t speak English so they didn’t tell us they had it, they just sat in the parking lot for five hours until I went out and asked them.  Another tedious, time-wasting fuckup.

And now I’m at home, thankful that it rained after a sweltering weekend, exhausted and too lazy to get my astrological calendar out of my bag.

10:30 PM 6/18/2018  But I just managed to make myself do it and since my regular MTG game is on hold tomorrow I can take care of various errands, including shopping and my life will be right again.

So Virgo Moon was training Taurus Uranus when I woke up this morning from an unusually powerful dream and was immediately greeted by an e-mail with the symbol from my dream in it.  Transit validated at 6:19 AM.

Virgo Moon inconjuncted Aries Chiron at 7:33 as I had just arrived at work to find that I’d forgotten my badge.  I turned around to head home, impending to focus on the creative energies of thought during the two hour drive ahead, so the transit was definitely validated as this was an excursion into self-awareness. It actually felt pretty good by the time I was done so I would call it a healing experience.

Virgo Moon trined Capricorn Saturn at 2:39 PM.  I had gotten a bunch of work out of the way, but there had still been a lot of tedious delays.  It was a strange, heavy day so the transit was somewhat validated.  I was actually looking forward to seeing Rio Bravo at the same time I was wondering whether it was worth the effort.

But then around 5 PM I got called back to work and I wound up spending three more hours in the car, during which time it started raining right around the time Neptune went retrograde at 6:26 PM and I was reliving old wounds while sailing and gnashing my teeth over missing Rio Bravo, as it is totally impossible to park around the Music Box on weeknights – it’s all permit parking around there now.  When I finally to the theater it was 7:40 and they wouldn’t let me in, so I came home and worked out and now here I am.

I see now that Virgo Moon inconjuncted Aquarius Mars at 6:39 and I felt it in that sense of the totally oppressive anger of the evil goons who have surrounded me my entire life, from Mr. Winter to that creepy pig Steve D. to my ugly little twerp brother and beyond.  But the transit was validated in a positive sense as I did get a better understanding and this whole wretched day is very appropriate to begin a Neptune retrograde as obviously these are some of the issues I have to review.

Meanwhile tomorrow the Moon opposes Neptune and Mercury trines Jupiter, so awesome things can happen.  I do feel like I got a lot of insight today and now I’ll go ahead and process it.  I look forward to doing some good illustration work tomorrow night.

The Buffy Diaries 6-17-2018

11:23 PM 6/17/2018  I’ve been going through a very deep transformation, giving up a lot of focus on Saint Germain, doing more sex magic, and channeling Kara with a lot greater clarity than I ever hoped for.  I’m way behind on my astrological blogging but I don’t feel I’m going to give it up just yet.

Leo Moon inconjuncted Capricorn Pluto at noon.  I was actually out shopping from the time I meditated this morning until that time, over at Jewel.  The transit was validated as my sex magic working, which started on Friday, was making me see everything differently.  I was getting a handle on the collective forces of Pluto in a whole new way and the inconjunct was like a bump in the road, a feeling of not belonging anywhere as the scenery changed dramatically.

Leo Moon just sextiled Gemini Sun and went VOC at 10:26.  I was finally making the changes to my bedroom that I’ve needed to for years, probably.  So the transit is validated as I am feeling sharper and more focused on magic than I ever have in my life.  I sold my Playstation 3 today – enough astral games.  I’m taking up Magic The Gathering with a vengeance at Grognard now and I’m so happy to have the shelf space free.  I spent all evening cleaning and moving things around, shortening up my altars and getting rid of things that have needed getting rid of for years.

But I’m VOC now as I begin to catch up with my blog.  I did take a nap this afternoon so I can probably afford an hour to do this, but I despair of ever catching up with that two-week gap.

Friday the 15th Cancer Moon opposed Capricorn Pluto at 11:18.  I had a lot of work going on and I was getting it done but I felt very cold about it, like I was going nowhere in my life, just working at a nobody job with no future.  Transit validated by that.

Leo Venus trined Aries Chiron at 3:24 PM, and I was all caught up with work and looking forward to my weekend.  I had been dreading the drive all the way to Naperville for an event that didn’t really seem exciting, but the transit was validated that evening when my plans were canceled and I didn’t have to do anything but have fun.  Especially since that evening I wound up experiencing a very profound healing from a new direction in sex magic my life is taking.  My world is rocked.

Cancer Mercury was opposing Capricorn Saturn at 8:47 PM around the time I was unexpectedly communicating with the others involved in this magic and setting the whole thing up.  So the “opposition” was actually an exciting adventure, like a full Moon.  Transit validated.

Leo Moon was squaring Taurus Uranus at 4:45 AM as I was lying unexpectedly awake, feeling pretty amazing about the telepathic changes taking place. Transit validated. It was like I was awakened just to experience the transits because Leo Moon trined Aries Chiron at 6:01 AM and I was basking in the healing glow from the new development, and still awake at 7:14 AM when Leo Moon conjuncted Leo Venus.  Not to mention the group I joined was named after the “Morning Star”, which is Venus.  Transit validated.

Leo Moon inconjuncted Saturn Taurus at 1:06 PM.  I was at the Art Institute and still having a little pain in my heel, so I had to head home.  But I was also thinking about the passage of time as I looked at the old paintings.  A minor transit somewhat validated.

I was back at home when Leo Moon opposed Aquarius Mars at 4:18 PM.  I think I was just getting home and I took a nap, but the collective energies were felt in the mental/Aquarian confusion I was having about being a part of this silly, stupid world where all these artists come to be influential and then civilization turns out to be a total dud anyway.  I don’t know what it means but my trip was certainly exciting, and represents and influx of mental energy, so the transit is validated.

Cancer Mercury inconjuncted Aquarius Mars at 8:03 PM.  I totally forget what I was doing, but I was definitely feeling inconjuncted with all the new energy coming in from the sex magic working, and my totally chaotic bedroom and my inability to get to work organizing things, which I am now overcoming at last.

Going further back, on Thursday the 14th, Leo Venus was squaring Taurus Uranus at 10:33 PM, right after I saw Caroline Myss at the Wilmette Theatre, and I must say that the transit was thoroughly validated by the unexpectedly grounding and focused spiritual presence I felt during that presentation.  I really walked out feeling like spirit forces had pulled me into one piece.

That’s enough for now, I think.  I’m going to try to get back to keeping this regularly.  It does seem that I’m entering a phase of getting rid of things I don’t need and streamlining my operation.

Ha ha ha!  I just realized Neptune goes retrograde tomorrow.  This transit is already validated because just tonight, due to the sex working, I was looking up the “Royal Game of Ur”, the ancient Sumerian game I first played back on Prophet Drive in West Lafayette in the late 70s.  I was also reviewing the backstory of the “Ancient Kingdom” from my heptalogy.  This is going to be amazing.

Tomorrow the Moon trines Uranus and Saturn.  This is going to be very powerful and I am looking forward to a revelation from my angels.

Furthermore, the actual retrograde is at 6:26 PM, half an hour before “Rio Bravo”, my favorite Western from childhood, starts at the Music Box Theatre.

Tuesday night Virgo Moon will oppose Pisces Neptune while I’m playing MTG at my first “draft” session of MTG at Grognard.

The Sun enters Cancer this week, and my parents are coming to visit this weekend.

Lots of good stuff and lots of images to put on the web coming up.

The Buffy Diaries 6-12-2018

11:29 PM 6/12/2018  I should be sleeping but I feel like crap because I haven’t kept up with this, and I’m going to be busy for the rest of the week.  Will I ever catch up with that huge two-week gap?  I don’t know.

This morning at 5:29 the Gemini Moon sextiled Aries Chiron.  I was feeling pretty good when I woke up, in control of my life.  Yesterday was pretty easy and I expected today to be easy as well, which it was.  I felt full of energy but true to Gemini Moon I didn’t give a damn about anything happening in the world.  Gemini Moon inconjuncted Capricorn Saturn at 1:12 PM.  Today I found out I was getting my car back but also that the chrome finish on my rear-view mirror couldn’t be replaced without replacing the entire mirror.  Also, although I’d been expecting to spend a relaxing evening doing 3D, I was going to have to waste an hour or two waiting for my car to be ready before driving home, so the time crush validated the transit.

Mercury entered Cancer at the same time Gemini Moon trined Aquarius Mars – 3 PM.  I was wrapping up a mellow day at work and looking forward to getting my own car back and getting back to my regular life of doing 3D in the evenings.  Mercury entering Cancer was validated by the return to old habits.  Moon/Mars was validated by the renewed sense of energy and satire I have.  I’m getting some skills with Photoshop and I can’t wait to start cranking out anti-authoritarian memes.

I think I need to cut the past loose and not worry about catching up anymore.  That or just hit highlights.  I don’t know.  The rest of my week is really crowded so I don’t know when I’ll get time to catch up.

The Buffy Diaries 6-7-2018

8:49 PM 6/7/2018  Jesus Christ, this is the worst break I’ve ever had in my blog, and after I thought I’d gotten it back.  Well, there have been some important changes.  For one, I’ve gone back to working out, even though I still have a strained tendon in my heel.  I’ve been doing muscle workouts and riding bikes.  My weight is under control again, after I gained so much when I quit a few months ago.

Furthermore, I’ve stopped working with the “I AM” Activity so much, and in general I’m putting Saint Germain on the back burner.

9:51 PM 6/7/2018  I was sitting there wanting to catch up with my blog and then I went and wandered around the block in the dark for an hour, listening to my iPod.

I had a very enjoyable day at work, and I’m looking forward to a very big weekend, with John’s intensive on Sunday.  The Moon entered Aries at 4:26, about the time I was getting out to Wilmette to pick up the IANDS books, and I feel the transit was validated as it was the beginning of a new cycle of productivity, although a familiar one.  I felt good starting out again on familiar ground.

The Moon conjuncted Chiron at 8:24 tonight, and I was feeling healed after a very stressful week.  Last night and the night before I had to make the arduous trek down to the Music Box to watch two brilliant but exhausting films by Stanley Kubrick, “Eyes Wide Shut” and “Barry Lyndon”.  They used up all my free time and so tonight has been my first night to unwind with my 3D and pick up the pieces of my life.  So the Chiron transit was fully validated, even down to suddenly and unexpectedly immersing myself in old music – something Chiron always influences me to do.

Yesterday Gemini Mercury squared Pisces Neptune in the morning at 9:07.  I was feeling pretty good, caught up with work, but also feeling like I didn’t belong in the world, like it was all slipping past me.

I’m working now on a new technique of recapitulation, trying to relive the transits with more depth.

Buffynicity #1:  During the day Trump was in the news for bringing up the War of 1812 on a test phone call with Trudeau from Canada.  That night I went to see Barry Lyndon which was written in 1844, and set in the same general time period as the war of 1812, a couple of decades later I think.

One thing that happened with the square was that I had less money in the bank than I thought I had, but later that morning, as Pisces Moon trined Scorpio Jupiter at 11:38, I realized that the car rental place had taken a to-be-refunded deposit from my account, even though the employee I got my car from had said they wouldn’t, so I wasn’t really out any money.  Furthermore, I got a call from the car repair place and they told me that they’d discovered a major new repair that was necessary, but it would be fully covered by my service contract so I was taking care of a major issue that might have come up later without having any added inconvenience.  It was a nice surprise that validated the transit.

Pisces Moon squared Gemini Sun at 1:32 and I was feeling very spaced out, not sure whether I wanted to go to the effort to see Barry Lyndon that night.  I was feeling very intutitive but not very focused so the transit was validated.  Pisces Moon conjuncted Pisces Neptune at 2:25 and the clarity I felt with my angels was certainly validating.  I also feel the transit influenced my profound experience that night at the theater.

Pisces Moon squared Gemini Mercury at 3:34 and went VOC.  I was definitely feeling rushed and out of sorts, daunted by the evenings journey, pressed for time and uncomfortable.  This was further validated as I was ultimately late for the film, since there was absolutely no parking anywhere and I ultimately had to settle for a space 15 minutes away – a difficult walk with my sore heel.

But the movie was brilliant.  I got a lot of psychic information, and I got home around the time Pisces Moon sextiled Capricorn Pluto, validated for me in the feelings of relatedness to society I drew from the depth of the film and my own memories of having seen it back in the 80s when I still believed in civilization.  I’m still assimilating the changes that took place as I watched.

On Tuesday the 5th the Moon entered Pisces at 5:53 AM.  Once again the Pisces transit has been lackadaisical for me.  I got nothing done but instead watched two twisted Piscean movies.  And here I am taking up my blog again only after the Moon is in Aries.

Pisces Moon sextiled Taurus Uranus at 7:58 AM.  I had forgotten my breakfast, for one thing, and had to go get some at the Thornton’s across the street. I also felt compelled to buy a bunch of totally unhealthy candy, so the transit was validated in a minor way.  I was feeling irrational and out of control, giving into wild desires.

Gemini Sun inconjuncted Scorpio Jupiter at 3:10 PM.  I was just getting back from lunch.  I was feeling excited about seeing “Eyes Wide Shut”, and remembering the creepy reincarnated Nazis I was hanging around with back in Grand Rapids when it came to the theater there.  I think those strange memories validated the transit.

Pisces Moon was sextiling Capricorn Saturn at 7:35, just as the movie started.  The transit was validated in the way I found the single available parking spot on Soutport just minutes before the movie started, and also in the “time slip” of the film itself, resolving a lot of psychic issues for me.

Gemini Sun conjuncted Gemini Mercury at 9:02 PM as I watched the movie.  The transit was deeply validated as I was totally in awe of Stanley Kubrick and reinspired to take art seriously again.  I feel I’m on the verge of integrating my spiritual and artistic activities.  I may achieve something in that area yet.

I feel I finally understand some things about the meaning of art in this spiritual environment.

Cancer Venus opposing Capricorn Pluto at 9:25 PM was certainly validated with the film’s journey to the sexual underworld.  In the same way I felt that my emotional center was being restored and I was fully capable of “taking on the world” artistically.

Monday June 4 there was only one transit while I was awake, and that was Aquarius Moon inconjuncting Cancer Venus at 7:43 AM.  I was at work, just getting ready to go drop off my car.  It was a bit of a null.  I only worked for an hour and then I was off to the garage, where I wound up sleeping in a chair in the waiting room while they diagnosed my car trouble, certainly a very inconjunct thing to do.  Transit validated.

Now I have to look back to the two weeks I missed.  Is it even worth it?  Can I remember all that stuff?  Should I bother?  There are a few things I remember and I can see the associated transits were validated, but it’s so much work to go back that far.  I’ll think about doing that tomorrow night.

The Buffy Diaries 6-3-218

9:51 PM 6/3/2018  Holy crap, I haven’t blogged in more than two weeks.  I really thought it was only a few days.  I just had an amazing circle.  The Moon squared Jupiter at 9:10 and went VOC, so I shouldn’t follow through on my plan to catch up tonight, but I will point out that the Jupiter square had a powerful “riding the rapids” kind of atmosphere, where I could feel the power of my angels, and yet I had to struggle with the strange and awkward presences of unfamiliar energies.

I realize now that I read my calendar wrong and the square isn’t until later tonight.  But still, that is how it feels.  Powerful but not completely centered at the same time.  Aquarius Moon trined Gemini sun at 8:23 and I was in the middle of a circle, very happy to be deep in trance. I was getting a lot of the information I wanted.

Aquarius Moon trining Gemini Mercury at 2:06 felt a little rushed, but very content as I was getting a lot of what I like to get out of weekends, lots of trance space, but still a little difficult to concentrate on what I wanted, so many choices and not enough time to sort them out.

Aquarius Moon conjunct Aquarius Mars early in the day, before I woke up lent a forcefulness to the days mental world which was bracing.

Yesterday, June 2, Gemini Mercury inconjuncted Capricorn Saturn in the morning at 8:16 while I was meditating.  It had been a slight rush to get out there but it was a very powerful session, very rewarding.  I spent the morning at the Art Institute, and I believe Gemini Mercury influenced my perceptions at that time.

I got home in the afternoon and took a nap, but the Moon entering Aquarius at 5:06 was definitely related to the expansive feelings I got from the visit to the institute that morning, dwelling on the mental plane, thinking about art in society as a whole.

Aquarius Moon trined Taurus Uranus at 6:58 and I was unexpectedly sleeping, much more tired than I’d anticipated.  Aquarius Moon sextiling Aries Chiron at 9:08 was I think related to the rejuvinating influence of my unexpectedly long sleep.

Friday there were so many aspects, I’m just too tired to go back over them.  There’s almost nothing tomorrow.  Perhaps I’ll catch up tomorrow night.

I’m still stunned that it’s been so long since I’ve posted.  I really had no idea.
