Venus in Sag and Mars in Cap are annoying the shit out of me, and I can’t wait for them to start moving – three more days of this tedious sense of restlessness coupled with the image of all human endeavor being nothing but an ugly grind of materialist emptiness. At least the moon is still moving. Moon in Capricorn, I just worked basically but at least the moon wasn’t in Sagittarius anymore. Moon in Aquarius is interesting. I can see my natural bias against the element of earth working here. But yesterday I saw “Free CeCe”, a film about a transgender woman who was wrongfully imprisoned four 4 years because of racism. It was for an event called Transreelization, a fund raiser for Chicago House, a local GLBT support group. Watching this story of government corruption and hate was very Capricorn, but it also transitioned to a kind of Aquarian consciousness – the woman later became an activist. And I have volunteered to help a group I belong to move a bunch of furniture today, so I can see the Aquarian influence in what I’m doing.
As for that Venus/Sag emotional situation I’ve been blogging about, I think I’m getting a better handle on it. The problem is that this situation involves a relationship with someone who is very magical, and whenever I’m around them I experience really dramatic magical energies sweeping through my mind and changing me. Over the last several days I’ve been piecing things together, but I still feel a little paralyzed. This person has a "stellium" I believe – four planets in Virgo in their natal horoscope. In some ways, talking to them is revealing some mysteries about the process of incarnation that I haven’t been able to understand on my own.
And the changes I experienced at that event yesterday, all the things that I experienced observing the auras of the people in the audience, are giving me a better handle on the meaning of Aquarius as well – even though the moon was in Capricorn at that time, I think it’s possible that my dream of life is brining me symbols that apply beyond mere chronology. Wrongful imprisonment turning to global activism and having a movie made about you – that definitely seems like a Capricorn-Aquarian transition and as I write I feel spirits suggesting to me that I shouldn’t just look at signs, but at transitions, since each sign always transitions to the same other sign – unless there’s a retrograde, but that’s a regular change as well.
I’m hoping that my blog is a little bit of magic, too, giving suggestion to my dream of life to arrange my experiences in terms of astrological symbolism.
