I want to get started on serious Astrological analysis, so today I am just cutting and pasting straight from a website that tells where everything is. I’ll have to figure out formatting on Saturday – I never make it home until late on Fridays. In the future I probably won’t bother to post the outer planets – although I do note that Saturn in Sagittarius is significant, I believe I can feel how unsettled that region of my mind is, and I believe it’s unsettling our government, mutable fire ruled by Jupiter filtering all the emanations of stability and time – my intuition tells me this is what’s making the United States seem like an ephemeral pile of garbage that no one cares about. Something has to change. No one gives a damn, everything’s tired and limited and limiting and nothing cool can ever happen again for the rest of eternity. That’s how I feel about America anyway, and I am very involved with the planet Saturn so I have a good sense for what’s going on there.
It’s funny that Mars is moving into Aquarius on Election Day. I’m sure many have noticed that. We’re all going to be like, “Fuck You, Donald”. A big release from this period of hard-nosed emptiness when everything’s about the bottom line, two power-hungry liars hurling bullshit at each other for the sake of ambition, reminding us every day what a horrible empty economic sweatshop without values the whole country has become. I’m looking forward to the change.
Especially today with that squaring of Uranus in Aries making me feel like nothing can ever happen – no change, no initiation because everything is just about anger. I wrote that above paragraph but then I saw this aspect and realized that could be what put me in that mood.
Venus in Sagittarius, I can definitely feel. I have a lot changing in the relationship area. I’ve got a lot more emotional involvements and I find myself finding a lot more common ground than I thought I had with some people. Coming up this weekend, I’m going to try to get down to the bottom line in some emotional/love situations with Capricorn. I’ll post about how things worked out and get some hindsight on that.
Mercury in Scorpio – I’m definitely turning my attention to long-range plans about writing on the web and expressing myself in general. I’m getting coiled to strike, and then it seems to me as I build my Astrology blog it will be expanding into a Mercury/Sagittarius space, exploring philosophical concepts, taking various “shots” at possibilities for expression.
And Sun conjunct Mercury relates to my “self-expression” today – communicating the astrological “self” …
I’m really looking forward to my 4-day holiday weekend, summoning the dead and all that. I’ll have to look up the astrology of death, the houses and all that stuff.
Well this site doesn’t tell where the moon is, so I probably won’t be using it regularly, but it’s in Libra. And I do feel pretty detached, studying the balance of my life, weighing the possibilities before I move into my huge weekend celebration and adventure with Sun and Moon in Scorpio on Halloween weekend, totally mysterious and intense.
I’m really looking forward to developing this close relationship with the heavens via blogging, I can tell this is going to be awesome.
Adam Crapser was brought to the United States when he was 3, to start a new life — new parents, new culture, new country.
But his adoptive parents didn’t complete his citizenship papers. Then they abandoned him to the foster care system.
And now, as a 41-year-old father of four, he’s being deported. Despite his appeals for help, he has been ordered to be sent back to South Korea, a country The Associated Press describes as “completely alien to him.”
This is Spreepark, an abandoned theme park in Germany that once allowed guests to tour the inside of a cat’s digestive system. Now the cat is out of commission. The park was closed down when it was discovered that the giant cat lungs were being used to store illegal stuff. The cat waits in the woods, mouth open, for guests who never come.
