The Buffy Diaries 3-26-2017 part 4

11:44 PM 3/26/2017  Looks like tomorrow might be almost literally a blast, with the Moon entering Aries, Mars sextiling Neptune, and then the Moon conjuncting Venus.  “All’s fair in love and war” I hear.  And of course a new Moon in the evening.  Something’s going to happen and I am really excited about the unusual Neptune aspect.  Today (Sunday) has brought some of my clearest perceptions of higher worlds yet and I bet I’m going to get something really good tomorrow, and also an improved sense of direction.

The Music Box is showing “The Tempest” tomorrow night.  I may go see it.  After all, my angel of Mars is named Kara, which means “Stormy”. 

Which reminds me, tonight the Mayor was talking about his Irish Setter, “Rusty”.  “Stormy” was an Irish Setter who lived across the street from me when I lived in Lubbock.  So that’s pretty cool because “Rusty” is related to Iron, the metal of Mars.

I put off seeing “Blade Runner” this weekend because everything else was so intense.  I’ll see it Thursday night or this weekend.

Another Buffynicity:  There’s a store in Sunnydale called “April Fools”, Cordelia’s been working there and April Fool’s day is this week.

Mercury enters Taurus and Venus goes back into Pisces this weekend.  I’m looking forward to getting more specifics about the spirit world. 

The week after begins my intensives with Sharyl and John.  During those, C2E2 will happen.  Things are about to get wild!

11:13 PM 3/26/2017  My predictions for Friday were pretty accurate.  Mercury opposed Jupiter at 7:45 AM and it was at exactly that time that we got a surprise delivery that was very time consuming.  At first I was dreading it but it actually worked out to be fairly smooth, although it put me behind schedule for a number of other things.  There was another tedious project to undertake and although I finished around eleven, with the Moon trining Jupiter, and felt fairly relieved, it turned out that a co-worker had made a mistake so we were re-doing part of it while the Moon was sextiling Mercury.  On the whole, however, the day was going by fast even though I wasn’t doing all the work I had planned.  My prediction was accurate and because the surprises screwed up our schedule I wound up working through lunch and leaving early, which “coincidentally” was very handy since I wanted to see an early show of “Logan”.

As the Moon sextiled Uranus at 5:02 I was having some nice experiences of telepathy, but I’ve forgotten a lot of them.  My comics store was closed for a few minutes when I got there so I went to Dairy Queen instead and got a blizzard.  That’s about all I remember.

Logan was cool.  I wrote about it elsewhere.  I came home and went to bed I think.

I woke up early in the morning and I’m pretty sure I was awake when the Moon entered Pisces.  Thank god, I hate Aquarius Moon.  It conjuncted Venus soon after.  I felt pretty good.  I was having good psychic experiences.  It’s frustrating me more and more that I can’t remember or express what’s happening to me, but this is a good sign as it means I’m becoming more aware.

I wrote some things about the movie and I could feel an emotional shift in focus that is helping me channel.  I know I’m going to write more of that kind of thing in the future.

I slept in the afternoon and then went to a group ritual, and then I went to see “Near Dark” which was very intense and it climaxed just as the Moon was sextiling Mars.    I was very excited on the way home, and I stayed awake during the Moon/Neptune conjunction.  I wrote my post.  A lot of interesting ideas came together for me then. 

When Mercury conjuncted Uranus at 10:06 this morning I was finishing my meditation at Tracie’s.  I need to write those things down faster because I lose them.  However, the post-meditation reading was about how different people have different talents for different missions, so that was encouraging.  And there was a strong sense of integration of my understanding of the various spiritual “lineages” I’m working with.

I was thinking a lot about the X-Men, and how if I were making X-Men movies I would paint Xavier as a tragic hero, sacrificing his “daughter” Jean, who then becomes a Fury and kills him. 

I was taking a nap while the Moon sextiled Pluto, and I woke up around the time it was inconjuncting Jupiter.  I went down to edgewater and felt the presence of my guardian angels with greater clarity than ever before, although I’m still hesistant to write about the things I see in that state.  This is something for me to work on.  I am still balancing my understadning of the roles of my various angels.  I came home, watched more Buffy and then did housework and caught up on this writing.  It was all very productive as it built up to the Moon conjuncting Chiron.  I am finding Chiron to be very significant and this conjunction was certainly very validating.  However it’s getting late and I’m just going to do some predictions now and go to bed.

8:15 PM 3/26/2017 It’s a nice night, there’s a lot of very intense magic coming up over the next two months, and I have the rest of the evening to excavate a very powerful weekend.

I should start with Buffynicities and regular synchronicities:

Synchronicity #1:  I was at the toy store on Friday and I was waiting to talk to the owner while he was on the phone.  It was getting a little annoying because I wanted to get out of there in time to see Logan, but he was raving to someone about some 3.75" action figures he had just bought, going over them in detail, including a Dracula, a Frankenstein, and a Creature From the Black Lagoon.  I was thinking this was a “Monster Squad”, remembering that I had loved this show when I was a kid.  Then I crossed the street to my comics store and the owner of that was playing the 1980’s “Monster Squad” movie on his TV.  That was nice.

Synchronicity #2: On another nostalgia trip, at work I had an impulse to look for a bandana with a map of Texas on it, because that’s one of the first possessions I remember as a kid, when I lived for a while in Lubbock – a red bandana from Texas Tech University with a map on it.  Then that night I went to see “Logan” which takes place in Texas.

Synchronicity #3: I had mentioned the movie “My Favorite Year” in a recent post, and Logan has some issues similar to that older movie in this current one.

Synchronicity #4: “Laura Kinney” is Logan’s daughter, who is hispanic.  On Monday, the night Jay came over right after I finished the episode with “The Sisterhood of Jhe”, and then I did a reading for his girlfriend Laura, who is hispanic. 

Both of these synchronicities relate to memories from early childhood.

Buffynicity #1: On Thursday I was surpised by Sandy’s split-second timing with the “blue light” of a cop car, and I compared a black robed figure to “Khan, or an Angel of Saturn”.  Watching the conclusion of that episode on Saturday, I saw that the black-robed figure was an ally of Giles, who had “Introduced him to his wife”, and further they were talking about the dark figures “light show” which had really been a trick.  This is definitely related to Sandy’s “light show”, and tonight another cop car went by with its blue flasher going.  Although the timing wasn’t as startling, it is still not a usual occurrence.

Buffynicity #2: I saw “Logan” on Friday, and in that movie Xavier has a problem with out-of-control telepathy.  The Buffy episode I watched on Saturday was about her getting bitten by a demon (the illustration of the Demon in the book looked just like Wolverine, with little pointy peaks on its temples recalling Wolvy’s distinctive hairstyle) and developing out-of-control telepathy. 

Buffynicity #3: The blood of the demon was blue and emitted light like the “blue light” of the previous episode.  I also thought of my earlier working in which Angel says “my blood is the key” because he brings the blood to Buffy.

Buffynicity #4: (I’m having deja vu as I write this).  I wrote a mini-review of Logan on Saturday morning and in the Buffy episode I watched that afternoon there was a really snotty kid who wrote mean-spirited reviews in the school paper.  Everyone thought he might be a psycho killer.

That one is especially interesting.  Am I that kid?  Was I too harsh in my review?  I don’t know.

Buffynicity #5: Tonight’s episode featured the “Box of Gavrok”, which is a cube.  I bought a prop “Hellraiser” cube a couple of weeks ago.  It’s on my pop altar.  Since I’ve been on my Motorhead kick I’ve been thinking about the song “Hellraiser” which Lemmy wrote for Ozzy Osborne (I just downloaded it).  This cube evokes the “cube of space” which is associated with “The Master R”, founder of the “I AM activity”, a religion based here in Chicago, which is dedicated to the “Ascension”.

Furthermore, since I saw “Near Dark” last night, I have been thinking a lot about James Cameron because he was married to the director, Kathryn Bigelow.  The Box of Gavrok spiders hug peoples’ faces just like the Aliens from that franchise.

They are of course related to the legendary astral spiders.  I was looking at a toy spider on Friday, thinking about buying it.  I probably will if it’s still there next Friday.

Buffynicity #6:  I had also been thinking about “Tomb Raider”, the scene where Lara Croft hangs from the ceiling.  Angel lowers Buffy into the Mayor’s office in a similar way.

Buffynicity #7: On the train home this afternoon there was a kid standing in front of me wearing a “Northwestern Engineering” t-shirt and then in the episode Buffy got accepted to Northwestern University.

Buffynicity #8: Angel had a dream where he got married to Buffy and she burst into flames and this resembles some elements of “Near Dark”, which I saw last night.  The romantic issues in general were pretty similar.

So that’s Buffy and now for astrological aspects in part 3.
